Meet Ryan Jaten
Ryan Jaten is an 8-figure CEO who has sold over a billion dollars in offers. He is a self-made millionaire and currently owns five privately held businesses. Two of the companies Ryan worked with progressed into publicly traded companies. Ryan consults, mentors, and speaks on Sales Mastery.
His expertise lies in helping 7-figure CEOs make the growth leap to 8 figures.
Ryan excels at solving the problems, woes, and agonies of 7-figure CEOs. He teaches them how to release the brakes on their business and press the gas, enabling them to reach their potential for themselves, their families, those they lead, and the world.
Ryan’s nickname is Ryan J10 (a play on “10x” and his last name, “Jaten”). He earned this nickname due to his superhero-like ability to 10x revenue and achieve exponential results in sales.
But for Ryan, saving someone’s sales is just the “back door” into someone’s life. His real joy lies in cultivating outstanding grown-up human beings.

The Story Behind Ryan’s Nickname: J10
One of my early memories as a kid was watching my Dad lace up the high tops
to go play basketball down at the church. He had an official leather basketball that was
not allowed to be bounced outside! (Haha) It was “indoor” only!
I remember that ball mostly because he had taken a Sharpie and written the family logo on it “J10.”
As a kid, I thought that was the coolest thing; that our family name could be written in letters
and numbers!
When I got older, I started to recognize that the Jaten’s (J10’s) were unique. We had a
style and an attitude that became uniquely ours.
My Dad and my Brother’s shared this stoic confidence that told people who we are without saying much. We have been accused of not talking too much, yet everyone knew
where we stood. This inner strength that, no matter what life brought our way, we would
figure it out. We weren’t superheroes, but still pretty awesome nonetheless!
No matter how much time had passed between visits, it was as if no
time had passed at all. There has never been an apology for not calling or writing, just
a quick “what’s up” and things were back to the way they had always been. Each one of
us was very different in the way we lived our lives, yet still very much the same in the way
we handled life. My family was my first lesson in accepting all as they are. Love was
shown even if it wasn’t always spoken. There was something about us that resonated
with other people.
Our family grew and invited other people in. Sometimes it was as
simple as an extra seat at the table for a friend that needed a family for Thanksgiving.
Sometimes it was a foster situation. We invited people from the neighborhood over for
dessert just to meet. We threw parties and invite everyone. The neighbors across the
street, in their best Chinese English, would say… “you always throw party”, and they
were always invited. (Of course).
The J10 Brand is a family first! Everyone is invited to be part of it!
If you feel more than you say, are stronger than anyone knows, get up every time
you fall… have a story that has not been told yet, and can love people no matter what,
then you might be a J10 too!
